We are seeking a Master Developer to lead a vital modernization project. In this role, you will dive deep into business needs, manage a legacy system, and design the architectural path for a future cloud migration.
Requirements
~1 min readThis position requires a working on-site in Poland for 3 months. You will collaborate closely with the local operations team to understand their daily challenges, identify bottlenecks, and develop automated solutions that transform their business processes.
- Legacy Systems: Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Forms (WinForms) development and troubleshooting.
- Software Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable architectures and plan complex legacy-to-modern migration strategies.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into code and automation.
- Mobility: Valid passport and full availability for a 3-month on-site commitment in Poland.
- Language: Advanced or fluent English proficiency is mandatory for daily communication with the Polish team.
Responsibilities

- →Business to Code: Bridge the gap between business operations and technology by understanding client challenges and translating them into automated technical solutions.
- →Legacy Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and evolve the existing legacy application built in Windows Forms (WinForms) 4.8.
- →Migration Architecture: Design a comprehensive migration architecture to modernize the legacy application, ensuring it’s cloud-ready for future transitions.
- →Mentorship & Leadership: Guide the technical vision of the project while upholding best practices in system design and architecture.
- →AI Innovation: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance team productivity and product features.
- Consultative Mindset: Excellent listening and observational skills to map out business processes smoothly.
- Adaptability: Resilience and cultural awareness to succeed in an international assignment.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguous legacy environments and propose clear, actionable modernization steps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and cloud-native architecture paradigms.
- Familiarity with Agentic SDLC and AI-driven development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework (specifically 4.8).
