As a Data Architect Senior, you turn ideas into reliable, well-engineered data systems using current technology. This role is central to improving how dependable our data systems are and to making cross-team work go more smoothly. You guide newer team members as they grow in their roles, partner with different teams to make sure the data setup works well for everyone, and explain complex data concepts in simple terms. You are the person who takes our data capabilities to the next level while keeping the team learning and thinking in new ways.

This is a leadership-level position and one of the practice's hardest profiles to fill, because it requires deep, current hands-on technical expertise combined with the maturity to guide teams through change and to represent the data architecture in strategic conversations.

Experience with DBT for data transformation
Experience with data modeling, ELT design, and performance tuning
Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written, to engage directly with international stakeholders
Proven experience mentoring and guiding technical teams through change
