The SVP, European Growth, Client Engagement & Global Client Services Strategy serves as a key member of the leadership team responsible for accelerating growth across Europe, strengthening strategic client relationships, and defining the future of Newland Chase's global client services model. Based in Switzerland, the SVP will support growth across Switzerland and Central Europe while partnering with the COO and CRO to reimagine and transform the global client services organization.
- Serve as Newland Chase’s senior representative in Switzerland and Central Europe.
- Drive market visibility, client engagement, and regional growth initiatives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade associations, client forums, and networking events.
- Support scaling of the regional sales organization and refinement of the client services organization.
- Build executive relationships with key multinational clients and prospects.
- Partner with regional leadership to support expansion and scaling of commercial operations.
- Leverage an extensive professional network to strengthen Newland Chase’s visibility and credibility with strategically important organizations across Europe.
- Facilitate senior-level introductions that support business development and client retention objectives.
- Help position Newland Chase within priority multinational accounts and strategic target organizations.
- Support sales and client services teams in gaining access to executive stakeholders, procurement leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Enhance market presence through thought leadership, relationship building, and industry participation.
- Serve as a senior ambassador for the organization, elevating brand awareness and market reputation.
- Partner with the COO and CRO to define and implement the future vision for Newland Chase’s global client services organization.
- Lead a comprehensive assessment of client services, account management, and customer support models.
- Develop recommendations regarding organizational design, service segmentation, customer success frameworks, and account ownership models.
- Establish strategies that improve client retention, satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term account growth.
- Champion organizational transformation initiatives supporting future growth.
- Potentially assume global leadership responsibility for the Client Services and Customer Success organization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on market opportunities, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
- Drive collaboration between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Client Services.
- Champion a client-centric culture focused on retention, advocacy, and long-term partnerships.
- Assume additional strategic leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements

- Recognized industry expert with a strong professional network and established market credibility.
- Demonstrated success supporting business development, client retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Law degree and deep understanding of global immigration services, regulatory environments, and client service models.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
