Operational Change Analyst (Maternity cover)

We are looking for an interim Operational Change Analyst to join Cifas on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and proactive professional to use data-driven insight to support better member and consumer engagement, inform decision-making, and drive operational improvement across the organisation.

 

In this role, you will analyse complex data, identify opportunities to improve data quality, systems and processes, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support business performance. You will also play a key role in delivering change initiatives and projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements and translate insight into action.
