We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution and expansion of JustMe, Cifas’ flagship proactive identity fraud prevention app. JustMe empowers consumers to take control of their identities, helping to stop fraud at source and strengthening the collective response to identity crime across the UK. This role will play a key part in driving adoption, integration and innovation, ensuring JustMe continues to develop as a trusted, industry‑leading solution for identity protection.

Working closely with Cifas members, the member experience team and technology partners, the Product Owner will translate organisational strategy into a clear and deliverable product roadmap. By identifying new opportunities, responding to emerging fraud patterns and delivering data‑driven solutions, the role will support increased adoption and trust among consumers and financial services providers. This is a pivotal opportunity for someone motivated by purpose, with experience of B2B SaaS and data services, who thrives on collaboration within a not‑for‑profit, industry‑led environment.
