🔹 Your primary tasks and responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
- Building a strong talent pipeline
- Effectively using a variety of sourcing and screening tools
- Building rapport with candidates and effectively communicating the company's value proposition
- Have 2+ years of experience in IT Recruiting
- Have a proven ability to find and attract top talent
- Have an extensive network and are a member of professional communities
- Are an excellent communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills
- Are proactive and adaptable
- Have a passion for technology and automation
- Have Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
