ICT Consultant (All Rounder)

Catalytic IT is looking for an ICT consultant (all-rounder) for our Devonport branch.

Devonport is a relatively new office for our organisation, however we have an exceptional anchor customer that we work with locally, and you will be a part of our extended family, supporting customers nationally. Our growth over the last few years has been consistent  because we’re good at what we do, and we have an amazing bunch of customers who keep us busy and tell their friends.

We’re looking for personable IT people - no back room people here. Can you explain technical concepts to non-technical people? Can you hold a conversation with someone you’ve just met for the first time. Do you have drive and determination, and are you 100% committed to great customer experience?   Do you share a passion for good coffee?  Then you may well be who we’re looking for.

To get started, here's some things that will help you stand out:

• Previous MSP experience
• Good technical capability (broad is good, but you have an area you love)
• You love sharing your knowledge
• Certs are great, or show us you know your stuff!
• Do you have the ability to maintain good relationships and have the ability to do some pre-sales?
• Technical account managers may be a good background for this role.
