Brews & Blends Cafe Team Member

1. →Provide friendly, outgoing, and professional customer service.
2. →Greet guests, take orders accurately, and prepare coffee, smoothies, and café menu items.
3. →Operate the register, handle payments, and balance the cash drawer.
4. →Maintain a clean, organized café area including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
5. →Follow safe food handling rules and sanitation procedures.
6. →Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to supervisor.
7. →Follow opening and closing procedures consistently.
8. →Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled.
9. →Respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies.
10. →Promote a positive atmosphere and uphold City and facility policies.
11. →Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Must be 16 years of age or older.
2. Jackson County Food Handler certification (provided by the City if not already obtained).
3. CPR & First Aid certification (provided if not already obtained).
4. Previous food or beverage service experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train you!

1. Good judgment and decision-making.
2. Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.
3. Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.

1. Ability to stand for extended periods.
2. Frequent walking and use of hands for operating café equipment.
3. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
