    Client is hiring an experienced Network Engineer to help grow and scale our campus Network infrastructure and zero-trust framework, as the company continues its hyper-growth. You will be a key member of the Corporate Engineering team to build out a scalable network infrastructure while building automation and meeting security and compliance needs. You will report to the Head of Corporate Engineering. You will come up to speed on existing capabilities as a foundation towards developing solutions at scale. This also is an opportunity to join a new sub-team of Corporate Engineering focused on Network / Cloud infrastructure and related SRE functions.​

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks
  • Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi environments
  • Optimize RF coverage, roaming, and wireless performance
  • Work with WiFi standards including:
    • 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (Wi-Fi 6)

  • Strong understanding of:
    • RF fundamentals
    • Antenna theory
    • Wireless interference mitigation
    • Channel planning and power optimization

  • Use network monitoring and management tools
  • Monitor wireless and WAN performance
  • Troubleshoot outages and connectivity issues
  • Maintain network reliability and availability

  • Configure and support:
    • Palo Alto Prisma Access
    • SD-WAN technologies
  • Implement secure remote connectivity
  • Support Zero Trust network architecture

  • Build scalable enterprise network infrastructure
  • Automate operational tasks and configurations
  • Support cloud/network infrastructure growth
  • Improve operational efficiency through scripting or automation tools

  • Support secure network design
  • Implement Zero Trust frameworks
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are met

  • Work with Corporate Engineering and Cloud teams
  • Participate in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) functions
  • Improve observability, reliability, and incident response

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless solutions
  • Expertise in:
    • WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
    • RF principles
    • Antenna technologies
  • Experience with:
    • Palo Alto Prisma Access
    • SD-WAN technologies
  • Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools
  • Understanding of enterprise campus networking

  • TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs
  • Wireless troubleshooting
  • WAN and VPN technologies
  • Network security concepts

  • Understanding of Zero Trust architecture
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements

  • Troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Network automation exposure
  • Documentation and operational best practices

  • Experience working in enterprise/corporate network environments
  • Ability to support scalable and high-growth infrastructure environments
