Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. Join our Civitta team in North Macedonia as a Payroll Specialist.

Support the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments;

Collect and consolidate payroll data from various sources, including accountants and HR databases;

Review and verify payroll inputs, such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations;

Respond to employees’ payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally;

Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy;

Prepare payroll reports and analyses as requested by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

At least one year of experience in payroll processing or a related role;

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables;

Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;

Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion;

Fluency in English is required.
