Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR databases;

Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and analytics;

Provide timely and effective support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues;

Assist in conducting employee performance reviews and climate studies;

Assist in the improvement of existing HR processes;

Participate in other projects and processes assigned by HR management.

Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in HR roles;

Fluent English language is mandatory;

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;

Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (pivots; knowledge of formulas);

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;

Ability to work from office in Kyiv at least 3 days/week.
