  • Research receiving discrepancies such as shortages, overages, damages, and incorrect shipments.
  • Follow established procedures to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Document findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Escalate complex or non-routine issues when necessary.

Support Inventory Counts & Audits

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Research inventory variances and support reconciliation efforts.
  • Maintain documentation needed for inventory reporting and audits.

Logistics & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate shipment information with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Support inventory and order requests across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution teams to resolve inventory-related issues.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Support inventory clean-up initiatives and system updates.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Why Join Us?

  • Hybrid work environment
  • Career development opportunities within Supply Chain and Operations
  • Exposure to inventory management, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on experience with inventory and business systems
  • Collaborative team environment with training and support
  • Opportunity to build highly transferable skills in operations, analytics, and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Curious, analytical, and motivated to solve problems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant internships, coursework, warehouse experience, manufacturing experience, retail operations experience, military logistics experience, or other transferable experience may be considered in lieu of direct inventory experience.
