CMM PROGRAMMER 2nd and 3rd SHIFT

The role requires multi-functional skills to perform various tasks within the work area, efficiently operate all processes, and adhere to work instructions. It includes flexibility for overtime or off-shift work, a solid understanding of the Toyota Production System, and active participation in kaizen activities.

• Be multi-functionally skilled; should be able to perform any job assignment in the respective work area,
• Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as called for in the Work Instruction Manual,
• Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as necessary to meet schedule requirements,
• Good understand of the Toyota Production System, and
• Ability to be active in kaizen activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures on quality equipment.
• Inspect work and equipment as called for in the Work Instruction Manual,
• Report any equipment abnormalities or data out of tolerance to Group Leader/Supervisor
• Maintain a clean working area and organize data documents
