SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• Window person for Customers
• Receive, log, distribute, file, and forward the following as appropriate:
  • Supplier Performance Reports (SPR) from Toyota and other customers
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Engineering Change Instructions (ECI)
  • Application Sheet of Drawing (ASD)
  • Drawings from Aisan
  • Design & Development of Parts (RDDP)
  • Application Sheet for Approval (ASA)
  • Spot Buy Purchase Orders
  • Customer Purchase Orders (PO) & Interim Price Sheet
• ARS
  • Enter PO into Price Master File
  • Run retro reports
  • Produce Shippers, Bill of Ladings and Commercial Invoices
  • Produce credits
  • Retro price invoice corrections
  • Produce tooling services
  • Maintain Customer Master
• Sales price verification with ACA

• Participate in annual Kaizen (cost savings/improvement) planning for COM team.
• Meet department KPI (key performance indicators) and metric standards
• Other duties/ tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

• Proven experience and/ or knowledge of order management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability prioritizes tasks effectively. 
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 - year experience in Manufacturing and /or Order Management experience.
