Arrive on time, well-groomed, and in proper uniform.
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, bottled beer, and draft beer following Reata’s specifications and protocols.
Perform all assigned opening and closing bar procedures.
Prepare and maintain fruit garnishes daily at prescribed par levels for all bars.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer; reconcile and explain any discrepancies at shift end.
Assist in seating guests, clearing tables, and resetting bar or lounge areas as needed.
Keep the bar clean and organized per health department regulations.
Resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally, notifying a supervisor when necessary.
Actively support coworkers and contribute to team success throughout each shift.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with the Texas Dram Shop Law.
Understand and enforce all relevant Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) laws and Reata’s responsible service policies.
