Location:  US Remote

Who you are:

As a Summer Work and Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible supporting the account management and sales activities for the team The position focuses on providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents, and delivering training on processes, program rules, and in-country activities. It supports sales activities by performing outreach to prospects to help increase job sales within a region. It provides ongoing support to host employers by helping navigate participant-related issues, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on best practices The role also involves recruiting and interviewing participants on behalf of employers, leading and contributing to assigned projects, and collaborating across teams to achieve shared objectives. The position may require both domestic and international travel depending on business needs. 

What you’ll do:

  • Support account management and sales activities for the Summer Work and Travel program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
  • Deliver training to clients on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective employers to support sales efforts and increase job placements within assigned regions.
  • Assist host employers in managing participant-related issues, including conflict mediation and guidance on best practices.
  • Recruit, interview, and place participants on behalf of employer partners.
  • Contribute to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program success and operational goals.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities, as needed.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous customer success or customer service required.
  • International study/work experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with incredible attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task while overseeing daily project management.
  • Energetic and team oriented.
