General Maintenance Team Member

High school diploma or equivalent preferred with minimum of one experience in maintenance field. Must have strong understanding of basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and refrigeration.

- Perform general maintenance functions like light electrical work, routine plumbing maintenance, repair of furnishings, routine equipment and building inspections, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, structures, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on housekeeping equipment and kitchen appliances, making any necessary repairs.
- Maintain clean work environment in all maintenance areas.
- Assist with snow removal and salting as needed.
