Family Support Specialist

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Support Specialist who believes every family deserves support, encouragement, and the opportunity to thrive.

In this role, you won’t just provide services—you’ll build meaningful relationships, celebrate milestones with families, and help parents create strong foundations for their children’s future during the most important early years of life.

As a Family Support Specialist, you will:

• →Support parents through pregnancy, early childhood, and family development
• →Build trusting, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
• →Provide in-home education and guidance focused on healthy child growth and development
• →Connect families with valuable community resources and supportive services
• →Create individualized family service plans with meaningful goals and activities
• →Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
• →Meet weekly with your supervisor for support, coaching, and case review

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and insurance
• 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
• Someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and committed to family-centered support

• $22.00–$22.50 per hour
• 35 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
