Responsibilities

As a Family Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support parents through pregnancy, early childhood, and family development
  • Build trusting, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
  • Provide in-home education and guidance focused on healthy child growth and development
  • Connect families with valuable community resources and supportive services
  • Create individualized family service plans with meaningful goals and activities
  • Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
  • Meet weekly with your supervisor for support, coaching, and case review
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and insurance
  • 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
  • Someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and committed to family-centered support
  • $22.00–$22.50 per hour
  • 35 hours per week

Schedule:

  • Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
