The Quote Desk Coordinator serves as the central coordination point between Sales and the Quote Desk, ensuring all telecommunications quoting requests are managed efficiently, progressed on time, and communicated clearly throughout the quoting lifecycle. This role is responsible for intake and prioritization of quote requests, creating basic telecom quotes, and acting as the primary interface between Sales and Quote Desk Analysts. Reporting into the Connectivity Services organization, this individual will add significant value by reducing friction and rework in the quoting process and driving consistency and predictability across sales operations. The right person for this role thrive in a fast-paced environment, brings a service-oriented mindset, and takes ownership of keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. This is a full-time role based in the United States, reporting to the Director, Connectivity Services.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales, providing a consistent and reliable touchpoint for all quoting requests
- →Manage intake, prioritization, and coordination of quote requests in alignment with business urgency and SLAs
- →Act as the interface between Sales and Quote Desk Analysts, ensuring requests are complete, accurate, and moving efficiently
- →Provide clear and timely status updates, ensuring transparency throughout the quoting lifecycle
- →Track quote requests, maintaining progress, identifying risks, and escalating when needed
- →Stay aligned with sales pipeline activity and calls to anticipate demand and proactively manage workload
- →Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- →Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- →Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- →Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in a quote desk, sales operations, or telecommunications support role; or equivalent related experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with Jira, Connectbase, Excel, Salesforce, and AI tools preferred
- Exposure to telecommunications or connectivity products preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Communicates honestly and with professional candor, keeping Sales and internal stakeholders informed at every stage
- Delivers quality results while embracing accountability for the full quoting lifecycle
- Meets internal and external customer requirements with clarity and speed
- Must be legally eligible to work in assigned country without visa sponsorship
