Business Intelligence & Insights Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Intelligence & Insights Manager to lead and execute the company's business intelligence and analytics initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a Data Analyst while actively building reports, dashboards, category analyses, retailer insights, and custom business intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary resource for retailer, shopper, category, customer, and company performance analytics. They will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customers to transform data into actionable recommendations that support decision making, customer growth, and business performance.

This position requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and team leadership.
