ClarityPay is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analysis and Reporting. This is an individual contributor role. ClarityPay is a data centric organization using data to differentiate our solutions as well as help our clients be more successful. This person will transform data into actionable insight that drives new merchant growth, program performance and client success. This individual will proactively monitor performance, identify issues, support optimization initiatives, and deliver high‑impact reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain commercial volume plans and forecasts.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to track program health and outcomes.

Develop, maintain, and automate reporting solutions for internal and external clients.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.

Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, other departments, third-party tools, and market research.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.

Contribute to client reviews by presenting data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with client management to strengthen client relationships through analytics.

Provide consultative support to merchants on leveraging data for improved outcomes.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI in analytics and reporting.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with corporate data and analytics team on strategy, methodology and tools.

Provide requirements to corporate data and analytics team for commercial needs.

Requirements

Capable of quickly learning ClarityPay products, processes, data and other key information important for being successful in this role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Driven curiosity and desire to understand the problem or opportunity.
7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
Awareness of AI tools and able to recommend opportunities to leverage AI.
Prefer experience in credit, lending or payments.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking tools.
Ability to work in the mid-town office 4 days per week.
Ability to travel if needed. Expect very limited travel.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
