We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support patient record management, appointment scheduling, and administrative operations. You’ll collaborate with healthcare, billing, and support teams to ensure accurate data entry, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and timely client communication.

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare admin or data entry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare systems preferred.
