- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Maintain tools and equipment properly
- Ensure every project meets company quality standards
- Deliver service that consistently earns positive customer feedback
- Become a trusted resource for repeat customers and referrals
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5+ years of verifiable residential trade experience
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Tile
- Painting
- Remodeling
- General handyman services
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
- Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
- Personal set of professional-grade tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and reporting
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of residential building codes and repair best practices
- Minor plumbing or electrical experience
