You are curious, analytical, organized, and eager to build both technical and client-delivery skills. You enjoy learning how data, business processes, and technology work together, and you can communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences. You may be a recent graduate or early-career professional, but we are also open to candidates with more experience. Prior Power BI experience is not required. Familiarity with data analysis, databases, reporting, software development, business systems, or adjacent technologies is preferred. The strongest candidate will be comfortable moving between hands-on technical work, customer support, documentation, training, and project coordination as responsibilities grow over time.

This hybrid position supports three connected areas of ClearPlan’s business: internal data and reporting, customer-facing analytics and Power Platform delivery, and ClearSync integration delivery. ClearSync is ClearPlan’s integration product that connects Ramp’s spend management platform with Trimble Vista and Spectrum ERP systems through Trimble App Xchange. It automates the exchange of master data and financial transactions between the platforms, reducing manual entry and supporting more accurate, efficient financial processes. The role will report directly to Garrett Rodriguez and will work across multiple teams and projects. The ideal allocation is approximately 20% internal analytics, 40% customer delivery, and 40% ClearSync support, although the mix will vary based on project demand and delivery throughput. The selected candidate will begin with structured training and guided on-the-job development, then take on increasing ownership for solution delivery, customer support, training, onboarding, documentation, and project coordination. As part of ClearPlan’s formal training and development program, a trainee-level hire will spend approximately four weeks training with other new hires, likely in Huntsville, Alabama, or Westlake, Texas.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and supporting data solutions.

• Assist with the configuration, monitoring, documentation, and maintenance of data pipelines and other Microsoft Fabric components.

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, analyze source data, define requirements, and translate business questions into practical analytics solutions.

• Support the design and delivery of customer-facing Power BI, data analysis, and Power Platform solutions.

• Build and maintain data transformations, models, calculations, reports, applications, and related solution components under the guidance of senior team members.

• Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, customer support, solution maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

• Develop user guides, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge-base articles, and reusable delivery materials.

• Provide formal training and guided on-the-job training for customers and internal users as experience develops.

• Support ClearSync customer onboarding, implementation planning, status reporting, action tracking, coordination, and ongoing customer communications.

• Help maintain ClearSync documentation and knowledge resources related to Ramp, Trimble App Xchange, Vista, Spectrum, customer onboarding, support, and integration operations.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, and follow-up activities for assigned ClearSync engagements.

• Gradually assume greater ownership of ClearSync project-management functions and provide backup coverage for the current project manager.

• Collaborate across technical, consulting, operations, and customer teams to keep work organized and ensure commitments are completed.

• Complete ClearPlan’s formal training and development program and continue building technical, consulting, and project-delivery capabilities through hands-on assignments.

• A bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems, data structures, and business processes.

• Foundational familiarity with one or more adjacent areas such as Excel, SQL, databases, data visualization, statistics, programming, reporting, business systems, or process analysis.

• Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and modify existing code, scripts, queries, formulas, and technical configurations. Experience creating large software applications is not required.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment.

• A customer-service mindset and willingness to assist with support, documentation, training, and coordination in addition to technical delivery.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.

• Ability to attend an approximately four-week, in-person training and development program, likely in Huntsville, Alabama, or Westlake, Texas, if hired at the trainee level.

• Experience with Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, report development, publishing, or administration.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, data pipelines, dataflows, lakehouses, warehouses, notebooks, gateways, or semantic models.

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, or other Power Platform technologies.

• Experience with SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT concepts, data quality, or system integration.

• Experience delivering technology solutions, supporting customers, developing training materials, or leading user training.

• Experience coordinating projects, onboarding customers, maintaining action logs, preparing status updates, or managing documentation and knowledge bases.

• Exposure to construction technology, accounting or ERP systems, Trimble Vista, Trimble Spectrum, Ramp, or App Xchange.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications or coursework in analytics, Power BI, Fabric, Azure, or Power Platform.
