ClickHouseは、リアルタイム分析のための世界最速のオープンソース列指向データベースを開発している企業です。日本市場での事業拡大にあたり、日本およびAPJ地域のお客様に対してClickHouseの「顔」となっていただける、バイリンガル（日本語・英語）のテクニカルサポートエンジニアを募集しています。

• サポートチケット対応、オンコール対応、コミュニティサポートなど、カスタマーサポート業務全般をご担当いただきます
• Go-To-Marketチームと連携し、POC(概念実証)を含むプリセールス・ポストセールスの技術支援を行います
• 東京のお客様先への訪問対応（不定期）
• 日本市場拡大に向けたドキュメント・トレーニング資料・ナレッジベースの整備
• 日本における新しい市場でのサポート体制構築に携わっていただきます（立ち上げメンバーとしての役割です)

• テクニカルサポート、TAM（テクニカルアカウントマネージャー）、またはソリューションエンジニアとしての実務経験
• OLAP/SQLデータベース、クラウド/SaaSプラットフォーム、Linux、Kubernetesに関する実務経験
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで堪能な方（読み書き・会話ともに）
• 曖昧な状況でも主体的に動ける方 — 日本におけるサポート組織の初期メンバーの一人となります

• ClickHouse、Druid、Trino/Presto等のOLAPシステムに関する実務経験
• グローバルSaaS/データ企業の日本法人での勤務経験
