Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist with recent Neonatoloy experience to work as a per diem Neonatal Hospitalist at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care across the NICU and Newborn Nursery while working alongside experienced neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in a collaborative environment.

→Attend high-risk deliveries
→Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
→Diagnose and manage newborn medical conditions
→Care for premature and medically complex infants in conjunction with the Neonatologists
→Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

22-bed Level III NICU with private rooms
Approximately 1,700 annual deliveries
In-house 12-hour shifts
Attend high-risk deliveries and expand procedural skills
Collaborate with experienced neonatologists and NNPs
Comprehensive care in the NICU and Newborn Nursery

Newborn airway management including intubation

Requirements

VA license required
