→Analyze customers’ products, business models, and target markets to identify opportunities
→Recommend suitable e-commerce strategies, platforms, and go-to-market approaches for each business
→Provide consultation on online selling, market expansion, and overall business development
→Support customers in improving product positioning, pricing, and sales performance
→Identify growth opportunities and propose relevant digital commerce solutions
→Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver effective end-to-end e-commerce solutions
→Monitor performance and continuously optimize strategies to ensure customer success

→Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
→3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related roles
→Direct experience working with an e-commerce enabler is a must
→Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online selling strategies
→Experience in consulting, account management, or business development is a plus
→Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
→Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
→Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
