Requirements

Computer science, software engineering or related field graduates are eligible to apply.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong interest in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.
Basic understanding of IT methodologies and service desk operations.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Office 365).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on tasks.
Availability to work in a 24/7 environment if required.
Can-do and a proactive attitude towards assigned tasks.
An immense desire for learning.
Availability to work in the US timings is required.
