The Regional Vice President is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the operational success, financial performance, and strategic growth of an assigned region consisting of multiple multifamily portfolios and communities. This executive leader provides oversight, direction, and mentorship to Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers, and corporate support teams while maintaining direct responsibility for the performance of their assigned portfolio.
The Regional Vice President serves as a key strategic partner in achieving organizational objectives and exceeding client investment goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across a diverse portfolio. Success in this position is measured through portfolio performance, team development, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and the ability to drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include fiscal oversight and performance optimization through revenue growth strategies, expense management, business planning, budget development, marketing execution, and detailed financial analysis. The Regional Vice President ensures communities operate at the highest standards while aligning operational strategies with ownership objectives and market opportunities.
In addition to operational leadership, the Regional Vice President plays a critical role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This individual must be an effective communicator, collaborative partner, and change leader who can successfully navigate organizational growth and evolving business priorities while preserving and championing CloudTen Residential’s core values and culture.

$190,000.00 to $230,000.00 depending on experience. *Annual salary is a combination of base pay and supplemental wages.
Responsibilities

- Assist with building market presence with the business development Work with the business development group to analyze properties as investments and as management candidates as appropriate, collaborating with business development, marketing and other associates to assist with proposals, prepare budgets, assist with presentations, complete inspections, due-diligence assignments, and community onboarding.
- Lead, mentor and take managerial responsibility for one or more Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers and Property Administrators.
- Effectively communicate with clients in a timely manner to meet fiduciary obligations, establish and maintain their confidence and to clearly and regularly define objectives for the operation of their investment real estate.
- Establish regular client meetings to review overall performance and needs of asset.
- Conduct monthly P&L analysis, highlight key variances and develop proactive solutions to areas that may impact financial performance of community in addition to addressing any particular client concerns which have been either stated or implied by client.
- Be responsible for the overall financial performance of the properties in his/her management portfolio.
- Supervise site staff for communities within portfolio.
- Work closely with CloudTen Residential’s Human Resources team to interview, hire, coach, counsel and generally develop and maintain staff necessary for successful operation of portfolio. This includes but is not limited to performing written evaluations according to CloudTen Residential policy and making the appropriate recommendations for pay increases or advancement, and meeting frequently with subordinates to coach, counsel, and offer feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure that property appearance and curb appeal consistently meet CloudTen Residential standards within individual sites’ budgetary and operating constraints.
- Prepare and implement marketing and management plans for each property within parameters consistent with the clients’ goals. Update annually.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Regional Vice President supervises the region’s corporate staff including but not limited to Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers and Property Administrators as well as site staff for properties within his or her portfolio. Responsibilities include working closely with the CloudTen Human Resources Team on interviewing, hiring, educating and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Active Nevada Real Estate License required.
- 3rd Party Property Management experience.
- 10 years’ property management experience.
- Minimum of three years Regional Vice President experience in conventional multi-family, long term rentals, including staff hiring, training and supervision.
- Knowledge of local and state landlord/tenant law and legislative activity impacting property management in California.
- Must live in geographic area.
- Experience managing a portfolio; eight or more separate properties.
- CPM designation highly desired
- Experience with core Property Management Systems, (i.e., Entrata OneSite, Yardi, AppFolio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Financial Acumen.
- Availability of reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are a must as travel to properties and meetings will be required.
