Housekeeping Supervisor - Sherwood Inn

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, maintain quality control, and ensure all areas meet organizational standards.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction at our establishment. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will lead by example, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that our high standards are consistently met and exceeded. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our property.

• →Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• →Coordinate daily cleaning operations and prioritize workload
• →Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• →Address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally
• →Laundry dutites as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2 years of housekeeping experience. Experience in a supervisory role considered an asset. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards
• Good communication and customer service skills
