As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Car Detailer (Evening Shift) role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

• →Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
• →Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
• →Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
• →Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
• →Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
• →Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
• →Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• →Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
• →Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• →Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals

• Education: Post-secondary education preferred
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

• Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, or automotive production
• Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes
