We’re looking for a strong Team Lead to support and lead our day shift operations within our vehicle reconditioning facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping production moving, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the team is supported, coached, and held accountable throughout the shift.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments, is comfortable leading from the floor, and can keep teams aligned and performing at a high level. Day shift availability is required.

• →Own the Flow: Monitor the “pulse” of the reconditioning line (Inspection, Mechanical, Bodyshop, Detail, Quality Control & Merchandising)
• →Eliminate Friction: Identify bottlenecks in real-time and reallocate labour to keep units moving without compromising quality
• →Lean Excellence: Drive efficient workflows and implement improvements when processes are falling behind or becoming disorganized
• →Coach & Develop: Lead from the floor by providing real-time feedback, training, and support to team members
• →Culture of Ownership: Build a team environment where employees take pride and responsibility in the final product
• →Safety First: Ensure PPE compliance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
• →Data-Driven Leadership: Track KPIs (Throughput, Cycle Time, and First-Pass Yield) and report performance updates to leadership
• →Quality Gatekeeping: Audit vehicles at key checkpoints to ensure every unit meets “The Clutch Standard” before going live

• Proven leadership experience: 1+ years leading teams and 3+ years in high-volume environments such as automotive, manufacturing, or fast-paced operations
• Process-focused mindset: Strong understanding of standardized work and experience with Lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, or Six Sigma
• Agile & resilient: Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills: Ability to translate production data and daily priorities into clear direction for your team
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (Day Shift hours)

• High-Volume Hospitality: Kitchen Leads or BOH Managers who thrive on ticket times and operational precision
• Logistics & Fulfillment: Shift Leads from fast-paced warehouses focused on throughput and performance targets
• Big Box Retail: Key holders or Department Leads with strong training and SOP execution experience
