Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our South African sales team and help drive growth for our regional business, with a focus on our SaaS offering under the Engage business unit, which leverages advanced AI and omnichannel technologies to revolutionize customer engagement for our clients.
Our Engagement Platform seamlessly integrates data and technology, enabling businesses to deliver personalized, meaningful interactions at every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Business Development Manager, you drive sales and build strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform customer communication.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the South African enterprise market.
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.
Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.
