The Appraisal Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appraisal information and orders are effectively managed for the Retail division.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages all record keeping activities related to completed appraisals and desk/field reviews.
  • Contacts customers regarding time-sensitive approvals for completed appraisals, and uploads information to the appropriate files (may include initial, revised or final appraisals).
  • Properly assigns all valuation issues to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Manages documentation to show proof of appraisal has been sent to customer.
  • Distributes appraisals to consumers.
  • Maintains relationships with approved AMCÕs.
  • Assists the Account Department with researching outstanding Appraisal bills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Appraisal Desk Coordinator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

 

 

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: 

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

 

COMPENSATION: 

CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $50,000 - $65,000. Factors that affect base salary may include: Number of years worked in the mortgage industry, types of roles performed, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
