As a Community Association Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to homeowners, Board Members, and service providers. You'll help guide community operations, build strong relationships, and ensure the long-term success of the associations you serve. Supported by specialized teams in accounting, maintenance, compliance, and homeowner services, you'll have the resources you need to make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned communities, homeowners, and Board Members
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and responsive service
- Conduct regular community site visits and inspections
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, vendor services, and contract performance
- Partner with Boards to support community goals and strategic initiatives
- Prepare for and facilitate Board meetings and annual membership meetings
- Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, and accounts payable processes
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with CMGT's specialized support teams to deliver exceptional service
- Manage action items and community projects through completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous property management, HOA management, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience managing vendors, projects, or service contracts
- Understanding of budgets, accounts payable, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based software platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active vehicle insurance
- High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work
