At CMGT, we specialize in providing top-tier support for homeowner associations. We’re looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a difference. We are currently seeking a Community Support Team Associate who is ready to grow with an industry leader in Homeowners Association Management. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and front-office roles—bonus if you have experience with multi-line phone systems!
As a Community Support Team Associate, you will be a vital part of our in-office team, ensuring seamless operations and providing outstanding resident support. Your daily duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Serving as the backup in-office support team member.
- Acting as a backup for inbound/outbound resident calls and action items.
- Verify and update contact information within Management software.
- Effective and Personal Communication with Residents.
- Monitoring Key/Access Codes Check In/Check Out for Homeowners Daily
- Facilitate Rental/Reservations of Association Amenities.
- Post office pickups and return mail processing.
- Return Mail Processing.
- Attend all company and department-assigned meetings.
- Performing additional
tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
- Prior switchboard or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Homeowners Associations is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Driver's License

Work Environment
This role is hybrid and must maintain availability to provide in-office coverage at our headquarters in Denham Springs as needed. The position may require interaction with internal teams, homeowners, and external partners to support community operations and homeowner transitions.
