About the Role
The Registrar Assistant / Student Services Officer supports the daily operations of the Office of Registration by providing administrative, registration, and student services. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential student records, preparing official student documentation, assisting with student enrollment and visa matters, and providing front-line support to students and parents.
The successful candidate will ensure student records and databases are accurate and up to date while delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service to the school community.
Key Responsibilities
Student Registration & Records
- Register and process new and returning student enrollments
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential student records
- Organize and verify student records, academic documents, and school databases
- Produce and issue student ID cards
- Prepare and issue enrollment verification letters, certification letters, transcripts, and other official student documents
Student Services
- Serve as a primary contact for student and parent inquiries related to registration and student services
- Assist students with student ID card requests and replacements
- Assist students and parents with school insurance claims and related documentation
- Coordinate student service requests with relevant school departments
- Provide administrative support for other student-related services as needed
Student & Parent Visa Support
- Assist students and parents with visa-related inquiries and requests
- Prepare and issue visa letters and supporting documentation in a timely manner
General Administrative & Office Duties
- Maintain organized office files and confidential records
- Organize and distribute incoming mail
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- TOEIC score of 600 or above
