Employee Referral Policy

Purpose:

The purpose of the Employee Referral program is to provide an incentive award to a current employee position who brings new talent to the company by referring applicants who are subsequently selected and successfully employed.

Knowing that our employees are familiar with the company culture and rules we believe that they would be a great asset to help us find the right match for the available position(s) and earn a bonus for it. 

Participation Rules

  • All employees are eligible to participate in the referral program with the exception of at least the following: 

    • Members of Management team;

    • All HR Department employees.

  • An employee is not limited in the number of referrals he/she can make.

  • Referees will only be eligible to receive any referral Bonus if the Referred Person is unknown to the company and the company doesn't have his/her details; or the referred person is a former employee of the company, although he/she no longer cooperates with the company for at least 1 year. (If it has been less than 1 year since the referred candidate stopped cooperating with the company and wants to return to the company again, he/she cannot be considered a recommended candidate under any circumstances).

  • If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, only the first person that referred that candidate will be considered as the Referee and be eligible for a referral. 

  • If an employee refers a candidate who is already known to the company, is already in the company’s database, or was referred to the company by another employee already, the employee will be updated by the HR team within 2 weeks.

  • Candidates must be qualified for the position they are referred to, based on the job description.


Receiving the referral Bonus

  • The referee will receive a bonus, based on the open vacancy for each person he/she refers to a company. The amount of the bonus will be announced in the vacancy notice. For most cases, the amount will be between AMD 30.000-60.000 (net amount) as a compensation.

  • Please note that all applicable taxes and deductions, as per applicable law, must be deducted from this bonus amount. 

  • Eligibility Period:

    • The referred person must stay in a role for at least 90 days in order to receive a bonus.

    • The Bonus will be paid following the completion of the eligibility period by the Referee (till the 20th of the following month).

E.g. if the start date of the referred person is the 1st of May, the referee is entitled to the bonus till the 20th of August.
