~1 min readAs a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day activities will include:
- โ๐ฃ๏ธ Provide customer service via inbound calls and electronic communication, ensuring every interaction is helpful, friendly and professional
- โ๐ง Identify customer needs, search for information, and offer clear guidance using available systems and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- โ๐ฏ Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- โ๐ฌ Handle customer inquiries through various channels โ phone, email and potentially chat โ with accuracy and empathy.
- โ๐ Log and document interactions accurately in internal systems (CRM, support tools) to help maintain service quality and follow-up.
Weโre seeking someone who:
- Is fluent in Polish and German with native-like pronunciation and communication skills โ able to speak naturally and professionally in both languages.
- Has basic English skills to communicate with members from the team.
- ๐ Lives in Poland and is looking for a flexible remote position.
- ๐ก Has a customer-focused mindset, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate solutions clearly and with empathy.
- ๐ง Is comfortable using several systems at once and learning quickly.
- ๐ฌ Is customer-focused, empathetic, and communicative, with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- ๐ Has previous experience in customer support or contact center roles.
- ๐ Flexible working hours โ Monday to Friday: 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. CET, Saturday: 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m CET.
