Mining Supervisor

The role involves supervising mining crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining production targets. • →Supervise daily mining operations and workforce activities.
• →Ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• →Enforce safety standards and operational procedures.
• →Monitor work progress and provide guidance to mining crews.
• →Coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
• →Identify and resolve operational issues on-site.
• →Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
• →Maintain accurate records of daily activities and performance.
• →Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• →Support continuous improvement of mining operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Mining, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations supervision (mining preferred, related industries considered).
• Strong knowledge of mining processes and site operations.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English or French.
• Willingness to relocate to Madagascar.
