If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Experience Specialist in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the Luxury Automotive industry.  

- Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and English
- Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies 
- Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors 
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele 
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products 
- Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers 
- Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday - Saturday 09.00 - 18.00
- Salary 21.473,38 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
