Global Shared Service Coordinator

Position Overview：
We are seeking two meticulous and proactive global shared services coordinators. As a key member of the global operations team, you will be responsible for ERP system operation, full-process order processing and administrative coordination, ensuring highly accurate data and supporting sales, shipping and project activities.

Main responsibilities：

- ERP system operation and coordination: Responsible for the operation and administrative coordination of the ERP system for quotations, export sales, freight transportation and related projects.

- System Operation and data Management: Proficient in operating internal ERP and business systems to ensure highly accurate data (Note: Not for e-commerce platform operation).

- Full-process order processing: Responsible for the receipt, fulfillment and maintenance of orders in the designated market. Complete order fulfillment in a timely manner based on warehouse documents to ensure that orders can be invoiced and safeguard the company's cash flow.

- Bill verification and inventory management: Match invoices, purchase orders and receipts in the background. Improve the accuracy of inventory accounting between 3PL and the company's system.

- Communication, coordination and temporary tasks: As a bridge for multi-party communication to solve business problems, assist sales, project and manager in completing various temporary tasks.

Position Requirements：

Experience Background: Possess relevant experience in supply chain, sales, operations or shared services in the trade/retail industry, and be familiar with the end-to-end (from initial order to invoice completion) process.

Competencies and qualities: Proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, capable of promoting value creation.

Thinking mode: Possess a strong business sense and customer orientation, and have a cost-saving awareness. Pay close attention to details and be result-oriented.

Continuous improvement: Willing to continuously improve, strictly follow the process, and understand the basic logic behind the tasks. Those with experience in new product development are preferred.
