About the Role:

You are the strategic architect of our Executive Presence. In this role, you bridge the gap between the Boardroom and the Creative Studio. You will be responsible for taking the day-to-day moments of our Executive Team and translating it into a multi-dimensional digital brand. You aren’t just writing the script; you are directing the vision.

Responsibilities : 

• Support executive branding and communication initiatives across digital platforms.
• Assist in drafting LinkedIn, X (Twitter), articles, captions, and executive thought leadership content with clear, professional, and engaging English.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support and manage executive content and branding activities.
• Take ownership of assigned executive content tasks while ensuring alignment with brand voice, professionalism, and communication goals.
• Convert leadership ideas, meeting discussions, or presentations into simple creative briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams to support the production of high-quality executive content.
• Review videos, graphics, presentations, and social media content to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand quality.
• Research emerging trends in technology, AI, branding, and social media to support creative campaigns and content planning.
• Support the creation and maintenance of an organized executive content library including articles, videos, presentations, and creative assets.
• Assist with monitoring engagement, audience feedback, and content performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Manage multiple creative and branding tasks while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  

Qualifications:

• Freshers or school leavers seeking hands-on industry experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills with excellent attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Passion for branding, storytelling, content creation, and social media communication.
• Interest in technology, AI, software, and digital trends.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other professional/social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of design principles, video storytelling, or content planning will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work professionally with senior stakeholders while maintaining maturity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of ownership.
