About the Role :
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. You will engage with international prospects, understand their business needs, present our solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities across international markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business requirements and identifying potential opportunities.
- Deliver engaging company and product presentations to prospective overseas clients.
- Coordinate and participate in discovery calls, meetings, and follow-up discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, CRM records, and activity reports while tracking key sales metrics.
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role. Experience with international clients is an added advantage. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to present and communicate with global corporate clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in workplace productivity tools (Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Meet)
