Associate Data Operations Analyst

Full-time position, in-office. This position will require the candidate to engage critical thinking skills, be intellectually curious, and demonstrate great attention to detail. Requires excellent communications skills both written and oral. Must possess the ability to work with a diverse group of talent both in-person and globally. This is a hands-on manager role, that requires the manager to engage in the work of the team being managed.

• →Execute on SOPs, checklists, and quality assurance protocols to ensure operational consistency.
• →Adhere to SLAs  and uphold turnaround time, data quality, and compliance standards.
• →Support data scientists by preparing, validating data for model development and deployment.
• →Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
• →Work flexibly across rotational or client‑aligned shifts as business needs evolve.
• →Perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic operational environment.
• →Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders.
• →Support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements
• →Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling procedures, and data privacy/security regulations across all processes.

• →Fair understanding of Information Security practices. 
• →Align to the organization policies and procedures.
• →Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying.
• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas preferred).
• Maintain high attention to detail across all operational activities.
• Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders.
• Strong adherence to data validation and data quality checks.
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)

• Bachelors in computer science or master's in computer science with 70% and above.
• Strong Mathematical skills
• Understanding of Python programming Data structures
