Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

Partner with GTM leadership to define go-to-market strategies, build reliable forecasts, and establish the performance metrics that keep Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success accountable to shared revenue targets.

Streamline and document GTM processes with growth in mind, building systems that reduce friction today and scale with the business as it grows.

Evaluate, scope, and optimize the GTM tech stack to support scale. Understanding when to configure, when to integrate, and when to replace, and be able to make that case clearly to stakeholders.

Own the integrity of GTM data, defining standards for data entry, structure, and ownership across the revenue stack. Ensure that the data leadership relies on to make decisions is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy.

Translate complex operational findings into clear narratives for executive audiences, and ensure GTM leadership and the C-suite are always working from the same picture.
Requirements
~1 min read10+ years in a similar role in RevOps or sales operations, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Experience designing and scaling GTM processes and systems across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of data governance principles in a GTM context: data quality, taxonomy, ownership, and lifecycle management.
Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce and a strong instinct for when to configure, integrate, or cut a tool.
Proven ability to translate business goals into structured, executable operational plans across multiple GTM functions.
End-to-end understanding of B2B SaaS revenue mechanics: lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewal management, and ARR recognition.
A clear communicator who can move between technical and non-technical stakeholders without losing either audience, and who operates with high ownership and low ego.
