Executive Director, Commercial Analytics

The Executive Director, Commercial Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide analytics strategy supporting U.S. commercial operations. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize commercial performance, and inform strategic direction.

This role will lead the development of a scalable and integrated analytics ecosystem spanning data strategy, advanced analytics, incentive design, and performance measurement across the product lifecycle. The Executive Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring analytics insights are actionable and directly influence key business decisions.

• →Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• →15+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related roles within pharma/biotech
• →Deep experience in oncology strongly preferred
• →Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, epidemiology datasets)
• →Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making
• →Proven leadership track record building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams

The Base Salary Range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. Coherus considers various factors, including professional background and work experience, when determining base pay. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
