Associate Director, Revenue Finance & Accounting

The Associate Director is responsible for order to cash cycle, processing revenue-related journal entries, providing support to the gross-to-net (GTN) accounting & reporting function, and ensuring to follow generally accepted accounting principles and internal control procedures.  The position requires attention to detail due to the high visibility and sensitivity of the revenue function. The role partners with the commercial department, FP&A, and outside vendors (e.g. third party logistic, government pricing and claim processing).

• →Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• →Minimum of 8 years’ experience in accounting.
• →Communication – Only candidates with excellent communication will be considered. 
• →Written: Must be able to critically review and write final version technical documents, without relying on AI or more senior reviewers. 
• →Verbal: Must be able to understand the nuances of conversations and present strategic and complex topics clearly to groups ranging from junior staff to senior executives.
• →Ability to manage and prioritize various responsibilities with competing, short deadlines.
• →Strong attention to details.
• →Experience in revenue accounting.
• →Work collaboratively in a team environment.

The Base Salary Range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. Coherus considers various factors, including professional background and work experience, when determining base pay. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
