HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will be responsible for significantly serving CFP employees and supporting the Human Resource Manager by managing key areas of the employee experience – including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation and compliance.  This role works closely with managers, employees and the HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly and in alignment with company values and goals. The ideal candidate for this role is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

The salary range for this position is between: 70-80k

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of HR or related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
• Work effectively in a team.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Physical Demands  

• Regularly sits, stands, walks, and moves throughout office and manufacturing environments. Frequently uses a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally bends, stoops, reaches and lifts up to 20 pounds.
