HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, maintenance, and support of the organization's Human Resource Information Systems, with a primary focus on UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and related HR technologies. This position serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and meaningful reporting capabilities that support business decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of UKG Pro and/or Kronos experience.
• Experience supporting HR, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Work effectively in a team.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
